Repost: Name and Shame - Flex developers Should Avoid Perminova

I thought I would put out a warning to all Flex Developers that might be thinking about Contracting or working full time for a San Diego company named Perminova. Myself and a few other developers are currently trying to get paid on invoices that have been due for over a year now. They keep offering useless stock that I keep having to tell them I rather not have. LOL

IMHO - I would avoid this company Perminova as they are definitely not an honest company.

This is a re-post of a thread I had up earlier but took down when the fore mentioned company said they would be willing to work something out if I removed this post. Well needless to say my Lawyer offered them a perfect deal and they stonewalled and just ignored us then came back with the same useless offer.
